For many years, Paula’s Pantry was a beloved spot for sandwich and breakfast lovers in the heart of Manchester. This small shop, located at the end of a residential street, became a staple of the neighborhood, offering treats like the legendary Mega Muffin, handcrafted tarts, and traditional buttys and barms. When it closed its doors, Niall Hodson—an English photographer—decided to embark on a special project: documenting Paula’s Pantry’s final day through a poignant photo series.
